- Join Us - Since 2020, the foundation can operate solely on interest income. CT Pan, his wife, and all the foundation's board members are volunteers. Pan also built and set up the new website himself to transfer data, with the aim of ensuring that 100% of the donations to the foundation are used for young children and to live up to the trust of all donors.
