AJGA IPS Qualifying Rules
I. Competition Name
2026 CT Pan AJGA International Series – Qualifier
*Advanced players qualify for the main draw of both the "Tsai Hsin CT Pan AJGA International Pathway Series" and the "Pan German CT Pan AJGA International Pathway Series Presented by Taipei Porsche Center"*
II. Organizing Unit
Organized by: Pan Cheng-tsung Foundation (Officially authorized organizer of AJGA events)
Co-organized by: Revital Golf Club
III. Competition Dates and Locations
Date: Friday, April 3, 2026
Registration time: Each player should register at the ladder five minutes before their tee time.
Tee-off time: 7:16 AM, both sides will tee off (according to the group schedule of the day).
Course: Resun Golf Club (18 holes, Par 72)
IV. Competition Format
In an 18-hole stroke play, if players have the same score, the score on the 18th hole will determine the winner. If players still have the same score, the score will be calculated from the 17th hole, the 16th hole, and so on backwards.
- Adopt the latest R&A and USGA Golf Rules and local rules of the venue.
V. Eligibility for Participation
- Aged 12-18
- Amateur players
VI. Costs
Registration deadline: February 28, 2026
Payment deadline: 2026/3/23
Registration fee: $0
Qualifying round caddy fee: NT$3,570 (including green fee, caddie fee, golf cart fee, and three-person team)
*Fee is non-refundable after payment, except for sick leave. Late arrival or absence will be considered a forfeit. (For sick leave, please apply for a refund with a doctor's certificate the day before the competition.)
VII. Promotion Quotas
- Main draw qualification spots: Top 10 men and top 5 women
- All advancing players will directly enter the main draw of the "Rei-Hsing Pan Cheng-Tsung AJGA International Series" and the "Pan Te-Yong Ye Pan Cheng-Tsung AJGA International Series Presented by Taipei Porsche Center" main draw.
VIII. Scoring and Late Arrival Regulations
- Use on-site scorecards
- Each group must have at least two people keeping score for each other, and both parties must sign to confirm the score after 18 holes.
- A penalty of 2 strokes will be imposed if the tee shot is delayed by less than 5 minutes, and disqualification will be imposed if the delay exceeds 5 minutes (Rule 5.3a).
IX. Other Provisions
1. Distance measuring instruments can be used (excluding slope measurement function).
2. In the event of a natural disaster (thunderstorm, typhoon) on the day of the competition, the referee committee will decide whether to postpone or cancel the competition.
10. Judgments and Appeals
- A chief referee and roving referees shall be appointed.
Players who have objections to a ruling must raise them before submitting their scorecard; objections raised after this time will not be accepted.
- The right to interpret and amend these regulations belongs to the organizer.
- Please refer to the on-site announcements on the day of the competition.
